Performance Improvement Consultant | Speaker | Founder, Teach Lead Inspire
Performance is intriguing and I thoroughly enjoy studying and creating various ways to improve it. In the role of a Performance Improvement Consultant, my constant priority, and focus, is to work with clients on seeing the big picture and how it influences performance. My aim is to see all parts of the picture in larger contexts and how those parts relate to each other. It’s exciting to teach, lead and inspire others to think about performance improvement through holistic ideas, concepts, options and strategies.
Over the years I've developed a passion for systems thinking, communication, leadership and learning. I’ve had experiences working with corporations, non-profit organizations, city agencies and within higher education as a coach, facilitator, workshop designer for executives and middle managers. Ultimately, I've worked with leaders in organizations to figure out how to make things work better. Each experience influences the way that I look at how people communicate, lead and perform.
As a Lecturer at the City University of New York, Baruch College, I've enjoyed teaching in the undergraduate and graduate programs in the Weissman School of Arts & Sciences, the Zicklin School of Business and the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs. I've had the opportunity to work with Baruch's Continuing and Professional Studies Program on corporate learning and development projects. Prior to joining Baruch, I was a course leader with the American Management Association. I also enjoyed teaching at Temple University and the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
My B.A. in Corporate Communication is from the City University of New York, Baruch College and my M.A. in Rhetoric & Communication from Temple University.
I look forward to being your partner in designing and achieving successful performance improvement strategies.
